• Labelled lockout hasp is a combination lockout tag and safety
lockout hasp.
• This device allows a single employee to lock out a piece of
equipment and begin servicing it.
• Up to five additional employees or six in the case of 65960 can affix
their locks and tags to the Labelled Lockout Hasp to assist in the
servicing operation.
• Made from tough anodised aluminium alloy. Label surface accepts Lockout Tagout
pens, pencils and permanent markers.
