FINDING THE CORRECT LABEL HEIGHT FOR YOU SELF LAMINATING LABEL
If you know your wire diameter or wire circumference, you can easily determine the correct label height by using the following formula:
Step 1: Wire diameter x 3.147 (pi) = the circumference.
Step 2: Wire circumference x 1.5 = total label length.
Allowing the label to wrap around the wire 1.5 times will ensure complete encapsulation and protection of the label text.
