PROHIBITION SIGNS
Regulatory PROHIBITION signs indicate that an ACTION IS NOT
PERMITTED.
Regulatory PROHIBITION signs must comply with the requirements of
AS1319-1994 and must incorporate symbols to comply with AS 2342.
Where no suitable symbol is available a worded sign can be used in
the first instance.
PROHIBITION signs are white with a red annulus with a diagonal red
slash over a black symbol depicting the prohibited action. Signs may
also include supporting black text displayed beneath the selected
symbol.
Hartac’s PROHIBITION signs are manufactured in a range of sizes in
metal, poly or adhesive (stick on) material with varied (visual) reflective
capabilities. Where applicable we can reinforce the signs with Unistrut
and supply posts and brackets for quick and easy on-site installation.
Our catalogue contains a range of commonly used PROHIBITION signs
for the resources sector, building sites, and many other industrial
installations. However should a customer request a variation from
the catalogue we are always happy to manufacture signs to suit INDEX
requirements.
