MANDATORY SIGNS

Regulatory MANDATORY signs need to indicate when an
INSTRUCTION MUST BE CARRIED OUT.
Regulatory MANDATORY signs comply with the requirements of
AS1319-1994 and must incorporate standard symbols in accordance
with AS 2342. Where no suitable symbol is available a worded sign
can be used.
MANDATORY signs have a white background with a blue circle insert.
The appropriate white symbol is displayed over the blue circle with
black text (if required) included at the bottom section of the sign.
MANDATORY signs can incorporate several symbols if required to
accommodate a multitude of conditions.
Hartac’s MANDATORY signs are manufactured in a range of sizes
in metal, poly or adhesive (stick on) material with varied (visual)
reflective capabilities. Where applicable we can reinforce the signs
with Unistrut and supply posts and brackets for quick and easy on-site
installation.
