Hazard WARNING signs indicate when a HAZARD OR HAZARDOUS CONDITION is NOT LIKELY TO BE LIFE THREATENING.
Regulatory WARNING signs comply with the requirements of AS1319-1994 and must incorporate standard symbols in accordance with AS 2342. Where no suitable symbol is available a worded sign can be used in the first instance.
Regulatory hazard WARNING signs have replaced CAUTION in the earlier edition of the AS standards.
WARNING signs are yellow with black text.
